Chicken was pretty tasty, was juicy and well seasoned all round; However the paella didn't really taste like authentic paella, tasted more like capsicum rice, bit bland; "Great Pretender?" Apologies, but I didn't get by fooled by this mock meat!!! tastes more like tofu!!! (Compared to something like Grilld's impossible burger fake meat); Still tastes alright though, but I wouldn't say it tastes like meat; Corn was alright as well, can't go wrong with corn! Garlic bread was pretty good, would recommend; The chips? Nothing to boast about, pretty average (not bad, but nothing really outstanding about them); Overall a 3.75/5 I reckon!!!

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about, as we had a great experience today. The Nandos is located at level 1, escalator going up to the village cinemas area - it is in front of grilled and beside San Churros. We came when it opened at 11. The place was clean. We sat on the comfortable chairs by the counter. There are toilets near this restaurant. Our food came out fast and fresh. The guy at the counter made sure we had everything we needed - cups, water, cutlery. He also pointed out where the condiments were. We walked out with full stomachs!

The food was delicious we enjoyed. all Muslim like to eat Nando’s in this place because of Halal. But unfortunately sometimes some of them say it’s not halal. Its 8 years we always go for eating Nando’s in this place. Can the owner please answer my Review its Halal or not? Because we are so confused Thank you very much.

My husband and I had the pleasure of being served by ageith she was soooo lovely and attentive, as soon as we walked in we were greeted with a positive attitude. She was super friendly and made sure everything was perfect. Best service I’ve had in ages!!

We always love the food in Nandos, the peri peri chicken is the best, heaps of people at the restaurant but one of the staff named AJ she is really nice and her service was excellent

Grace is a lovely server. So friendly and caring. Went above and beyond for our group making sure we were happy with everything and checking in. Grace is an asset to Nando's. A++++

Had a quick meal at Nando with 1/4 grilled chicken and sweet potato sides. The chicken was well cooked, tender with that classic Nando flavour and the sweet potatoes were a great match. Another simple dish grilled broccoli with sauce and it was just perfect too. They do asked to rate thru qr code.
